Services Description

Waco Concrete Leveling provides professional concrete leveling services throughout Greater Waco and Central Texas, including but not limited to polyurethane foam injection, mudjacking, driveway leveling, sidewalk repair, and related concrete repair services.

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during the work.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
• Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement.

Service Agreements

Before any work begins, a written service agreement will be provided outlining the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and warranty terms. Work will not commence until the agreement is signed by both parties.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and the issues you're experiencing
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, or other obstructions
• Notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure
• Obtain any necessary permits (we can assist with this process)
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the initial assessment

Warranties

Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover the materials and workmanship of our concrete leveling services but may have limitations based on soil conditions, drainage issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Waco Concrete Leveling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Weather and Delays

Concrete leveling work may be affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather-related factors. We will notify you promptly of any delays and work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled work: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work: May incur a trip charge
• Cancellations after work has begun: Customer responsible for completed work and materials used
